(Legal Name), a contestant in the King, Queen, Mr. & Miss Pride 2011 Royalty Pageant, do hereby hold harmless and waive all rights to any type of lawsuit against Show Me Pride, it’ s Board Members, it’s liaisons and those contracted by Show Me Pride for the Pageant, Parade, and Pride Fest. I hereby release to the herein-mentioned parties all right to any videotape, photographic and sound recordings made of the pageant and relinquish all rights to them. I agree to enter this competition and all related activities at my own expense and risk. I understand the titleholder agrees to represent the title for one year, until the 2011 Royalty Pageant, and must comply with all the rules, regulations and agreements attached to this application and outlined in the pageant packet. I understand the monies raised during pre qualification are non-refundable and are required for participation in the pageant competition and must be paid upon entrance to the pageant. By signing this document I am fully aware and understand the contents of the Pride Pageant packet and its stipulations of title and regulations set forth by the Show Me Pride Board of Directors.
